Back in January of 2020 I found myself in need of finding a home to purchase. The catch was I had 90 days to get moved out of my old place and into a new one. I called Jeanne whom I had called upon some years prior to assist with some property inquiries. I was originally referred to Jeanne via my mother-in -law who had worked with Jeanne on the purchase of multiple properties many years ago and was very satisfied with Jeanne’s professionalism. Back to this year. After contacting Jeanne in Early February she drove me around to view some homes varying in price range in order that I could get a sense of the overall market in the Carson Valley. I must say that Jeanne was/is a superb listener and once you convey your needs to her she won’t waste your time showing you homes that wont’ suit YOUR needs. Coming from a sales background myself, I know that all too often salespeople’s interests are not necessarily those of their clients. Not so with Jeanne and Micheal. You can rest assured that they are all in one hundred percent for what’s best for you -the client!! Within 3-4 weeks I had found my new home. It took lots of thinking and re-thinking on my part and waffling back and forth. Jeanne was very patient with my concerns and redundant questions. Once in the escrow process Jeanne and Michael were in tune to every detail and item on the check off list and made sure that they were completed in a timely manner. My questions and concerns were answered promptly and any hiccups that occurred were remedied quickly. From start to finish, I never felt stressed or anxiety ridden. Even now after being in my new home for 4 months, I can call upon Jeanne and Michael for anything including vendor and restaurant recommendations. There are many agents whom once the deal is done they part ways never to be heard from again. Not so with the Koerners. I really think of them more as members of my extended family and I’m certain that you will too
