We walked into her office without any notice or introduction. She generously spent at least an hour with us and helped us with knowledge of the area that we are interested in. She suggested neighborhoods for us to drive thru and followed up with tools we could use, and suggested homes to drive by, and contact information for mortgage help. We have never had a better experience and will definitely direct all our efforts thru her.
